At Banana Bros, we also have our own Food Safety Committee made up of members of our Quality Assurance team. In addition to, we internally review our food safety program daily; we also conduct independent inspections by certified third-party auditing companies, resulting in consistent Superior Rated Scores, of our facility and our food safety program, year after year. The Michigan Department of Agriculture, USDA and FDA also conduct unannounced audits of our program and facility annually.
